ABORTION RIGHT

Abortion right is one issue which signifies the importance of females standing in a society. We will have to see the issue through more than one prism. First , through standpoint of ethics and the question involves the importance of life in making vis a vis life full grown. Second, from the perspective of rights. Is it prudent to sacrifice the right of an adult to protect the right of a foetus ? And more importantly has a foetus any right at all? Third is the question of accountability. Till now reproduction is a process involving both male and female and then how only female can be held responsible? Fourth is economics. If a couple  not economically capable to raise babies should they not  be allowed to terminate the pregnancy at the first place? Fifth is the question of democracy. As an individual should  a female not allowed to exercise her democratic rights to live a life of het choice? Sixth is the perspective of health. Should health of a pregnant and a potential baby be not prioritized?  And last but not least is the question of justifiability of the issue. Can a court of law and justice be allowed to determine the sexuality of couples and their choices for babies? 

    All these questions are of universal nature and so the issue is not confined to the US only. Being the most free democracy of the world happenings of the US are bound to affect other democracies as well particularly those of demographically conservative countries.
