JUSTICE IS HOSTAGE OF JUDGES

Justice in the courts of law is not something natural and humane, rather justice in the courts of law is hostage of prejudices of judges. To defend the opacity and to promote the views of their own certain judges claim that laws require reexplanation in the changed time. They express their views in the proclaimed arguments of values of the contemporary time. For example laws related to  sexual relations outside a marriage or the laws regarding abortion or the laws related to family and many other laws have been reinterpreted . All these have been  done in the name of tunning the justice with the dominant value system of the society. 
     However it must be kept in mind that justice can't be made a kept of the value system. If this is done there is a danger that the system of justice will become an agent of stagnation and  perpetuator of status quo. Rather system of justice with its mature vision must be capable of mending and changing the value system that is anti human. Of course supporters of value based justice system will argue that the idea of value based justice is in agreement with the principle of evolution . Of course evolution gives a  fresh look . Evolution uses past experiences to define the present. But if it is so with the system of justice , the delivery would have been uniform. However we see the system of justice has no unanimity  about teachings of the experiences. The evaluation of the same evolution is expressed  differently by different judges. And this is not due to any dispute about teachings of the past, rather it's due to different values carried by different judges. And so justice is a hostage of prejudices of the judges.

WE NEED DEMOCRACY

    WE NEED DEMOCRACY All schemes and services are meant to serve the people and so the beneficiaries must have every right to make complaints if there is something wrong in the structure and / or in the implementation of the schemes and services. This right to complain is not a costly privilege but it's is the right and this right is protected when the people have right to free speech and other rights as enshrined in our Constitution. BEYOND RT MODEL

BEYOND RT MODEL History is a playbook of fierce struggle among the state, the market and the community. There have been some rare periods of balance among them.  Present is also witnessing this fierce struggle. The state is advocating minimum.governsnce  in many parts of the world . This was also happened in past. And whenever this has happened the loser is always the community. Present is marked by failures of Reagon-Thatcher Model. Richness must have only objective and that objective is to enrich the community as a whole. The RT Model brought great richness but failed to enrich the community in the same proportion. This was due to its advocacy for minimal government. And so the RT Model has completed  it's life. This collapse is painful no doubt but beyond the curtain of economic depression social prosperity is waiting as there is no other way to keep nation states survived.
