6.Informal and formal Suspension of operation of instruments of civil liberties as guaranteed by the constitution by initiating police, and other inquiries including tax inquiries against all those who dare to oppose the govt, and in many extreme cases extermination of those opponents, particularly journalists.
7.Use of unconstitutional and unauthorized methods to suppress the opposition, and introduction of bulldozers to demolish the homes of opponents without any sanction of law.
9. Courts of justice and the Courts of constitution have consciously refused to discharge their duties to protect the Fundamental Rights and Civil liberties of those who dare to oppose.
10.All other instruments of checks and balances like the Election. Commision, the CAG, the SC & ST Commission , the Finance Commission etc have compromised their sovereignty and independence and have given up their duty of asking questions.
11.The Parliament and the State Counterparts have list their position of being a place of debate over the acts of the govt.
12. All sources of free flow of information and news to the people have been choked and media have been forced either to compromise with the govt version of news or to give up their effort to do reporting.
13.Media have been put under the control of a handful of those crony capitalists who get major share of govt favour.
14.Media have been employed for doing the task of hatemongering .
15.All systems and institutions and instruments for establishing and executing the accountability of the govt to the people have been put in abyss.
16. Running the country as a party statehood where the country is supposed to belong a particular political party and all other stake holders are supposed to be anti nationals.
17.Considering the one party, that is the Ruling party as a sole arbitrator of all issues and disputes. Even cultural disputes fall under this catagory.
18. Using Politics of Hindutwa as an identity politics where all minorities are considered as anti national identities.
19. Treating religious minorities as threat to Hindu identity of India.
20. Disturbed trends in states where the Ruling party in the center has lost the election and then engineered the division in the govt to recapture the power from those who are in power.
