MAKING OF  A NEW WORLD ORDER. 

The world has entered into a renewed era of alliances and blocks. Globalization, which successfully tied interests of diverse nations for a good long period helped them to learn how to coexist without differences just for peaceful growth. But at one stroke Russia has shattered the balance and the world started moving towards fractions. Trade is essential but trade under umbrella of globalization has lost her glamour as trust deficit is increasing faster than trade deficits of the nations. Now trade and politico-military relations are being preferred only with the friendly countries. So this is an era of making enemies and friends simultaneously. Every country needs more friends but this is possible only at the cost of making more enimies. Neutrality is hard to maintain in this era and diplomats have no lesser roles than Generals. Rising tension between US and Russia and US and China is not a bilateral matter . Nations of the world and International institutions are being forced to take side. So the UN observation that the world is one misstep from nuclear annihilation is neither a threat nor a dream, rather it's hard reality. Breaking globalization has speeded up the threat of actual crisis.

    WE NEED DEMOCRACY All schemes and services are meant to serve the people and so the beneficiaries must have every right to make complaints if there is something wrong in the structure and / or in the implementation of the schemes and services. This right to complain is not a costly privilege but it's is the right and this right is protected when the people have right to free speech and other rights as enshrined in our Constitution. The government  is chosen to provide these services and schemes for their betterment, for improving their living standard and the government has no other business more important than this to do. So the government is bound to entertain the complaints and this obligation is fulfilled only when the Constitutionally protected rights are intact. BEYOND RT MODEL

BEYOND RT MODEL History is a playbook of fierce struggle among the state, the market and the community. There have been some rare periods of balance among them.  Present is also witnessing this fierce struggle. The state is advocating minimum.governsnce  in many parts of the world . This was also happened in past. And whenever this has happened the loser is always the community. Present is marked by failures of Reagon-Thatcher Model. Richness must have only objective and that objective is to enrich the community as a whole. The RT Model brought great richness but failed to enrich the community in the same proportion. This was due to its advocacy for minimal government. And so the RT Model has completed  it's life. This collapse is painful no doubt but beyond the curtain of economic depression social prosperity is waiting as there is no other way to keep nation states survived. If community is not brought in the center greater pain is inevitable.
